Abstract

In the process of teaching and learning often encountered various Problems. Among them are moral learning materials that are difficult for students to understand, lack of student interest in learning, then learning methods that are less fun for students and tend to be boring, as well as the application of materials and environments that have a bad influence on students. So from that moral subject teacher gives innovation in moral learning in shaping student personality.The formulation of the problem in this research is how Innovative Learning in Forming the Personality of Class VIIIC Students in SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Surakarta. The purpose of this study is to describe the Innovation of Moral Learning in Shaping the Personality of Class VIIIC Students in SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Surakarta.This type of research is field research in SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Surakarta and the approach in this study is a qualitative approach. Data sources in this study were interviews with Mrs. Nasmah as a moral subject teacher and students of Arifin and Akbar class VIIIC, class observations and documentation. The subjects in this study were moral subject teachers and VIIIC grade students, while the object in this study was the Innovation of Moral Learning in Forming Personality.Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. Researchers write data analysis with deductive and how to analyze namely starting from data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of this study are the innovation of moral learning in shaping the personality of students of class VIII C, Muhammadiyah 8 Surakarta Junior High School, namely teachers accustom students to behave well. Indicators of success in moral learning include three domains, affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects.
