Abstract

This research is about the financial management of Joho village government in Sukoharjo sub-district. This study aims to determine the accountability of government financial management and the inhibiting factors in village financial management which include: planning, implementation, entrepreneurship, reporting, accountability of financial management of Joho village government, Sukoharjo sub-district. The theoretical benefit of this research is to provide thoughts for the development of legal knowledge in the field of regional financial law, especially the management of village government finances. The practical benefits of this research are to provide knowledge, insight, and experience to researchers in particular and generally to readers who want to know more about the management of the Joho village government. The research method used is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. This research was conducted in the Village Village of Joho. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. In this study interviewed the village chief and treasurer of the village. The results of this study indicate that the application of financial management in Joho village government is in accordance with the principles of transparency, accountability, participation, discipline and discipline. And the financial management of joho village government has achieved accountability as evidenced by the existence of planning up to the realization of the APBD budget report as a form of joho village government responsibility for the budget plan submitted to the central government and realized to citizens in accordance with Permendagri number 113 of 2014 concerning village financial management.
