Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect leadership, organizational culture and work environment variables on employee performance on PT. Gujati 59 Utama. This study used a sample of 68 employee respondents with Saturated Sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression analysis test with the t test indicated that each independent variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, through the F test it is shown that the independent variables together positive and significant effect on employee performance. The last test with a determination test (R²) shows the results of the leadership organizational culture and work environment variables have quite limited contributions in explaining employee performance, and the remainder is explained by other variables outside the model.
