Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explained the process of implementing the " LiTTaQWa " method as a means of habituating reading and writing the Quran at SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study research design. This research was conducted at SDIT Nur Hidayah Suarakarta, the object of research was all students at SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta. The technique used in this study was observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques using interactive techniques (direct). The results of this study indicate that teachers responded positively to the application of the "Littaqwa" method at SD Hidayat Nur Hidayah; the implementation of the "Littaqwa" method is carried out with a group system, using classical methods with teachers, independent classics and one-on-one classics. The application of this method starts from the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages.
