Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Price, Product Quality and Satisfaction on Indomie's Consumer Loyalty. The population of this study is the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta Students. The sampling technique in this study was based on a non probability sampling technique where respondents were taken by chance found by filling out the prepared questionnaire. based on the method and sampling technique obtained as many as 100 respondents. Using criteria according to age, pocket size and place of residence. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, normality test, heterokesdatisitas test, multiple linear regression, f test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study.(1) Price variables have a positive but not significant effect on Indomie's consumer loyalty.(2) Variable product quality has a positive but not significant effect on Indomie consumer loyalty. (3) Variable consumer satisfaction has a significant and significant influence on consumer loyalty Indomie. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, and Consumer.
