Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1)the use of coordinative and subordinate conjunction in the translation of Alquran, (2) describe coordinative and subordinate conjunctions in the translation of Alquran surat Al-Ma’idah. This reseach method is a qualitative descriptive method. Provision of data using the refer method and by carrying out advanced techniques in the form of note (Sudaryanto, 2015: 203-206). The documents that have been obtained are analyzed for content, compared and combined to form a systematic study. The data used in this study were analyzed the method of agih method, the basic technique of the method is called the technique for direct elements or BUL techniques. The work method used in the analysis by dividing the lingual units in the text of the translation of the Alquran into several sections according to the aspects to be studied, namely coordinative conjunctions and subordinate conjunctions. Advanced techniques used in this research are marking reading techniques, dressing techniques and extension techniques.
