Abstract

Harmony and Compatible of the regulation system to produce a harmonious legal system. The realization of harmonization refers to philosophical values, sociological values, and juridical values. In order to practice the implementation of Sharia Hotels Sharia Business Owners require a legal basis to provide legal certainty to manage sharia hotel businesses. The government has revoked Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Number 2 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Sharia Hotel Businesses. Sharia hotel operations must be guided by sharia principles. The application of sharia principles aims to avoid and be kept away from immoral practices which can lead to the practice of prostitution, pornography and porno-action.
