Abstract
Loading System is one of the processes carried out by a backhoe loader unit which can be simply explained a series of work combinations of several components. So as to produce work on the unit, starting from hydraulic oil that is supplied by the hydraulic pump and distributed to several loading system components such as actuators (hydraulic cylinders). Mechanism analysis is done by collecting some data obtained from the manual book unit and manual check unit. The next step is to analyze the mechanism of the loading process and the force produced by the hydraulic backhoe cylinder. From the analysis and calculation shows the force generated by the hydraulic cylinder, namely 1 bucket cylinder when the rod out produces a force of 13.289 kN and when the rod comes in produces a force of 6.777 kN, 1 cylinder dipper when the rod out produces a force of 21.687 kN and when the rod enters produces a force of 15.185 kN, 1 cylinder boom when the rod exits produces a force of 27.727 kN and when the rod enters produces a force of 21.213 kN, and for the swing cylinder produces a force per cylinder of 19.851 kN at the rod position comes out and produces a force of 15.750 kN when the rod enters.
