Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness, management of the Village ABD, the difference between Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 113 of 2014 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018, constraints and the role of government in the existence of Permendagri No 20 of 2018. Types of Research In this study, using a qualitative approach, descriptive research type. The results of this study indicate that there are differences between Permendagri in 2014 and Permendagri in 2018 in terms of organizational structure, and in general village financial management in Pucangan Village is in accordance with Permendagri but technically there are still many obstacles. These constraints are caused by the understanding of village officials who do not fully understand the tasks and the delay in making RAK-Desa and have not yet been made public to the public at large through accessible media.
