Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact investment decision, financing decision,and the size of the company the firm value.in the manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015. The sampling techniques used are purposive sampling with a sample number of 248 companies. The analytical techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analyses. The results of the study indicate that the Company Size variable influences the value of the company while the Investment Decision variable and Funding Decision do not affect the value of the company.
