Abstract
The intention of this research to analyses influence of accountancy ratio which consist of liquidities, leverage, profitability and company size to rating sukuk. This research use quantitative method by using secondary data which obtained from financial statement quarterly stemming from formal sites ofSyaria Public Bank. The population in this research isallSyaria Public Bank in Indonesia which has corporation sukuk published. Sample elected in this research use purposive sampling method. The analyzer used covering descriptive statistic and analysis of logistics regression.Pursuant to result of data analysis with logistics regression can know that liquidities have a significant effect to rating sukuk. While leverage, profitability and company size don’t have a significant effect to rating sukuk.
