Alya Husna/A520150019. PENANGANAN ANAK KESULITAN BERBAHASA MELALUI MEDIA HANDPUPPET PADA KELOMPOK B DI TK AISIYAH PABELAN KARTASURA TAHUN AJARAN 2018/2019. Essay. Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Muhammadiyah University Surakarta. August, 2019. This study aimed to deal with childeren with language difficulties using handpuppet media in groub B at Kindergarten of Aisyiyah Pabelan Kartasura. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth intervie, and questuonnaires. Handpuppet media is used to help reduce children’s language difficulties while interviews with class teachers and parent to complete the data and history of disorders experienced by children. This research was conducted in april 2019 at Kindergarten of Aisyiyah Pabelan Kartasura with 15 children in groub B. Data validity techniques used in this study were the persistence of filed observations and triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicated that handling using handpuppet media in teaching and learning in the class could handle children with difficulties on three subjects in groub B Kindergarten of Aisyiyah Pabelan. At the beginning of the observation before the research and the handling, the three subjects found difficulties to answer questions from others or the teacher in the class. When talking to the three objects, listening well and looking at the expression on their lips were nedded. However, after the handling and the research of telling stories using handpuppet media during one week continously, the children were able to answer questions and wanted to play handpuppet in a clear voice and were able to answer questions from others clearly
