Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of commitment, work motivation, and compensation on employee performance at PT. BPD Central Java Purwodadi. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The number of samples is 57 employees of Central Java PT. BPD in Purwodadi. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative data analysis method using the SPSS program. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the influence of leadership style, motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. BPD Central Java at Purwodadi. The results showed that there was a significant effect between Organizational Commitments on employee performance with a t value of 3,778 and p-value of 0,000 <0.05, there was a significant influence between compensation on employee performance with a value of t 2.122 and p-value of 0.036 <0.05. there is a significant effect between motivation on employee performance with t value 4.280 and p-value 0.000 <0.05. simultaneously there is a significant influence between organizational commitment, compensation, motivation on employee performance with a value of F 22,188 and p-value 0,000 <0.05. variable organizational commitment, compensation and motivation have an effect of 64% and 36% are influenced by other variables not examined with R2 value of 0.640.
