Abstract
Learning with media become an important thing in learning activities, the use of appropriate learning media can facilitate interaction between students and teachers in the learning process so that the desired learning objectives are achieved and can increase student motivation to learn. one of the religious subjects that really need the media is fiqh subjects which incidentally is material that needs to be practiced or demonstrated. The problems in this study are: How is the application of media in learning can increase student motivation in Jurisprudence class VII at Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen Middle School ?. The purpose of this study academically is to describe the use of media in increasing student learning motivation in the fiqh learning of grade VII students at Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen Middle School in 2018/2019. This type of research is field research (field reaserch) with data collection methods such as Observation, Interview, and Documentation to support research studies. In analyzing the data the researcher uses 3 ways namely Data Reduction (sorting Data), then Display Data (presenting Data), and Data Verification (Drawing conclusions). The results of this study indicate that 1) the application of media in fiqh learning in Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen Middle School through three stages: a) preparation, b) implementation, c) follow-up. 2) the application of media in fiqh subjects can arouse interest, as well as student motivation to learn.
