Abstract
This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of leadership, organizational culture, work environment, and work discipline on the performance of village officials in Jatisrono District, Wonogiri Regency. The population in this study are village officials working in Jatisrono District. The sampling technique used in this study is to use the saturation sampling technique method, which is a sampling technique that is based on using the entire population. By distributing 159 questionnaires and only 128 questionnaires returned. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression model using SPSS test equipment. The results of this study indicate that Leadership has no effect on the Performance of Work Tools, while Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Work Discipline affect the Performance of Village Workers.
