Abstract
The aim of this research to analyze influence of service quality which includes reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangibles of customers satisfaction at Ella Skin Care in Kartasura. Data collection method is a field survey approach by fill out the questionnaires by respondents. The population of this research is all Ella’s customers. The technique sampling in this research uses a type of purposive sampling or sampling based on certain considerations by taking 125 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linier regression. The result of this research is service quality has positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction.
