Abstract
Surakarta City is one of the fastest growing cities in Central Java Province. Culture and the many tourist attractions in this city make it a special attraction for tourists. The purpose of this final project is the structure of a 5-story hotel building and rooftop with a special moment resisting frame (SMRF) in Surakarta and calculated based on the latest SNI. Tools / Software used in this plan include SAP2000, AutoCad, Ms. Word office. There are frame types of portals, portals, plates, stairs, and the lower structure of pile and sloof foundation calculations. An earthquake-resistant building structure uses dynamic earthquake analysis based on a regional map obtained from the government's official website, puskim.go.id. Calculating the gable frame roof using an IWF profile 150x150 mm for rafter and profile channel 150x50 mm for recording. The portal calculation results obtained 650x650 mm column dimensions and 350x700 mm beam dimensions for all floors. Dimensions of pile foundations are 400x400 mm in size and for 300 x 500 mm sloof.
