Abstract

Quality is a core survival of an institution. This study aims to relate the level of education and income with the quality of free health services in the health center of Jereweh district, Sumbawa Barat district. The sample in this study amounted to 84 patient respondents at the Puskesmas using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique is a acidental sampling method. Data analysis techniques using Spearman’s Correlation test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) education does not have a correlation on the quality of health services. 2) income does not have a correlation on the quality of health services.
