Abstract
This study analysis compliance with village financial management on the basis of Permendagri 20 of 2018 on village financial management. This study aims to find out how far the village government is preparing to implement its role, function and authority as a community servant in the village. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach with collection techniques used in interviews and observations, then compared with applicable regulations (Permendagri 20 of 2018), and crosschecked with real phenomena that occur so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of this study indicate that in the village financial management stage in Kedungwinong Village, the outline has followed and is in accordance with regulations. However, technically there are still obstacles, these obstacles are obstacles from the transition of the replacement of the Village Head. This has an impact on delays in relation to the draft village regulation on APBDes which was supposed to be agreed in December but only agreed in June.
