Abstract
ABSTRACT The program of tahfidzul Qur'an is currently developing so rapidly in various Islamic schools in Indonesia, it is proven by the excellent program displayed by Islamic schools is the program of tahfidzul Qur’an, so that it is interesting among the people to compete in the school to educate their school children. thus it becomes important to pay attention especially in the management of tahfidz learning for schools so that the tahfidzul Qur’an learning program becomes superior and truly produces something that is maximum. By making a good school in management tahfidznya considerations and examples. The purpose of this study is to describe how the management of tahfidzul Qur'an learning by making MA Al-Ukhuwah Sukoharjo as the object of research. The method used is phenomenological qualitative, the method of collecting data using three models, namely observation or observation, interviewing, and finally documentation, and the data analysis technique that the author uses is an interactive analysis model through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and which the last conclusion or conclusion. In this thesis the main discussion of the author is related to the management of learning tahfidzul Qur'an starting from planning, organizing, mobilizing, controlling, and evaluating. The object of management is the learning of tahfidzul Qur'an which includes the management of the tahfidz curriculum, the management of teachers and students in the learning of tahfidz the management of the time of tahfidz learning. The results of the study of tahfidzul Qur'an learning management in MA Al-Ukhuwah Sukoharjo as follows: 1. Tahfidz curriculum management includes the objectives, content or material, learning methods, and evaluation of learning is quite good, basically curriculum management continues from what has been made previously by waka tahfidz, but there was little change in the content or material, namely by making the categories and levels of memorization of the Qur'an into three groups, groups of 6 juz, 15 juz, and 30 juz. 2. Teacher and student management in general is also quite good, but there are some things that have not been maximized such as the discipline of teachers and students so that they can be further enhanced in the KBM tahfidzul Qur’an. 3. The management of tahfidz learning time in general is also quite good and effective, namely by implementing three KBM time in a day, so that it is able to achieve the expected targets.
