Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, price and brand image on Honda's buying interest at the Kartasura Motorcycle Light Sakti Dealer. The sample in this study amounted to 100 consumers in Kartasura using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that: Product Quality, Price and Brand Image have a positive influence on Purchase Interest. Service Quality does not have a positive influence on buying interest. Keywords: service quality, product quality, price, brand image and buying interest.
