Abstract
Land that is not much and also the price of land is quite expensive to encourage the use of land as much as possible. The age development made State Universities or Private Universities demanded to improve the quality of facilities and pre-facilities to support better lectures. To achieve this, the need for a new campus building plan that refers to the latest SNI. The purpose of this plan is to produce a structural design of 5-storey lecture buildings with SRPMM, including structural planning, and reinforced concrete (floor plates, stairs, beams, columns, columns and foundations). The building is planned on land that has a moderate soil classification (SD) and Response spectrum design data is sought using the site puskim.pu.go.id, the value of Ss = 0.749, S1 = 0.314, SDS = 0.600, SD1 = 0.371, and (N) ̅ = 47.5 is between 15-50 m using SRPMM. Building structure mechanics analysis uses "SAP2000" software with 3D portal modeling, while for depiction using "Autocad 2015" software. The campus building planning is guided by SNI 1726-2012, SNI 2847-2013, SNI 1727-2013 and SNI 1729-2002. The quality of materials used in planning reinforced concrete is (f'c) = 30 MPa, fy = 350 MPa and fyt = 240 MPa. The planning results obtained a floor plate thickness of 120 mm and a roof plate of 100 mm thickness with D10 reinforcing steel, stair plates obtained 120 mm thickness with reinforced steel D13 and D8, beams 1 and 2 using dimensions 350/550 mm and the floor above using 350/500 mm with D25 longitudinal reinforcement and Ø12 shear reinforcement, 1st and 2nd floor columns obtained 550/550 mm dimensions with D25 longitudinal reinforcement and Ø10 shear reinforcement, 1st and 2nd floor columns obtained dimensions 500/500 mm with D25 longitudinal reinforcement and Ø10 shear reinforcement. the foundation is planned for pile with dimensions of 300/300 mm with a depth of 18 m, the dimensions of the pile are 2500 x 2500 x 1100 mm, Sloof is obtained dimensions of 400/500 mm with longitudinal reinforcement D25 and reinforcement for Ø12.
