Abstract

viii ABSTRAK Perusahaan swasta melakukan penyebaran lokasi-lokasi pelayanan kantornya di tempat yang mendapatkan jasa pelayanan dari PT Pos Indonesia (persero) membuat perusahaan swasta leluasa untuk menawarkan jasa layanan terhadap pelanggan. PT Pos Indonesia (persero) harus mengetahui distribusi spasial kantor pos, agen pos dan persebarannya. Supaya dapat mendukung perencanaan PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) mengembangkan bisnis kedepannya. Dengan menganalisis distribusi spasial dan pola persebaran akan diketahui apakah kantor pos dan agen pos di Kota Surakarta cukup atau masih kurang untuk melayani pelanggan. Melakukan pengukuran kinerja pelayanan kantor pos dan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik dan dapat dipercaya oleh pelanggan sehingga loyalitas pelanggan dapat dipertahankan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1). Menganalisis distribusi spasial kantor pos dan agen pos di Kota Surakarta Tahun 2018 (2). Menganalisis pola persebaran kantor pos dan agen pos di Kota Surakarta Tahun 2018 (3). Menganalisis kinerja pelayanan kantor pos PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) di Kota Surakarta Tahun 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dan suervei. Hasil penelitian adalah (1). Jumlah Kantor Pos dan Agen Pos di Kota Surakarta terdapat 16 kantor pos dan memiliki jumlah 15 agen pos yang tersebar di 5 Kecamatan di Kota Surakarta. Lokasi Kantor Pos dan Agen Pos terbanyak berada di Pusat Bisnis Perdagangan 14 (45,16%), Pusat Perkantoran dan Pelayanan 7 (22,58%), Pusat Pendidikan 6 (19,35%) dan Permukiman 4 (12,90%). (2). Pola persebaran Kantor Pos, Agen Pos di Kota Surakarta dikategorikan ke dalam pola acak (Random). Nilai z-score dalam critcal value dengan angka 0,573825 (3). Indikator Kinerja Pelayanan kantor pos secara keseluruhan Indikator Persyaratan Penggunaan Layanan 4,4 sangat baik, Indikator Sistem Mekanisme Dan Prosedur Pelayanan 4,3 cukup baik, Indikator Waktu Penyelesaian Pelayanan atau layanan 4,5 sangat baik, Indikator Biaya/Tarif Layanan 4,7 sangat baik, Indikator Produk Spesifikasi Jenis Pelayanan 4,6 sangat baik, Indikator Keamanan Layanan 4,4 sangat baik, Indikator Kedisplinan, Kesopanan Dan Keramahan Petugas Pelayanan 4,5 sangat baik, Indikator Penanganan, Pengaduan, Saran Dan Masukan 4,4 sangat baik, Indikator Sarana Dana Prasarana 3,5 cukup baik. Nilia Indikator kinerja pelayanan yang paling kecil adalah Sarana dan Prasarana Kantor Pos yang masih belum menunjang dalam kinerja pelayanan. Kata Kunci : Distribusi spasial, Pola Persebaran, Kinerja Pelayanan. ix ABSTRACT Private companies distribute their office locations in locations that get services from PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) making private companies free to offer services to customers. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) must know the spatial distribution of post offices, post agents and their distribution. In order to support the planning of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) to develop business going forward. By analyzing the spatial distribution and distribution patterns, it will be known whether the post office and post agent in Surakarta City is sufficient or not enough to serve customers. Measuring the performance of post office services and providing the best and most trusted service by customers so that customer loyalty can be maintained. The objectives of this study are (1). Analyzing the spatial distribution of post offices and post agents in Surakarta City in 2018 (2). Analyzing the distribution patterns of post offices and post agents in Surakarta City in 2018 (3). Analyzing the performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) post office services in Surakarta City in 2018. The method used in this study uses the census and survey methods. The results of the study are (1). The number of Post Offices and Post Agencies in Surakarta City is 16 post offices and has a total of 15 post agents spread across 5 Subdistricts in Surakarta City. Location of Post Offices and Post Agencies are mostly in the Trade Business Center 14 (45.16%), Office and Service Center 7 (22.58%), Education Center 6 (19.35%) and Settlement 4 (12.90%) . (2). The distribution patterns of Post Offices, Post Agencies in Surakarta City are categorized into random patterns. The z-score in the critcal value is 0.573825 (3). Overall Post Office Service Performance Indicators Indicator Requirements for Service Use 4.4 are very good, System Mechanism Indicator and Service Procedure 4.3 are good enough, Indicator of Service Completion Time is 4.5 very good, Indicator of Cost / Tariff is 4.7 very good good, Product Indicator Specifications Service Type 4.6 very good, Service Security Indicator 4.4 very good, Indicators of Discipline, Courtesy and Friendliness of Service Officers 4.5 very good, Indicators of Handling, Complaints, Suggestions and Feedback 4.4 very good, Indicator of Infrastructure Means 3.5 is quite good. Nilia The smallest service performance indicator is Post Office Facilities and Infrastructures that still do not support service performance.
