Abstract
Loyalty is a loyalty and a desire to serve on the job, boss, co-workers, as well as companies on a voluntary basis in order to satisfy the other. Loyalty is very important for a company. One of the things that can affect loyalty is that employees have job satisfaction. The purpose of this study to determine: 1) the relationship between job satisfaction on the loyalty of the employees at PT. Dan Liris,, 2) the level of loyalty employees at PT. Dan Liris3) the level of job satisfaction employees at PT. Dan Liris, 4) the role of job satisfaction in increasing employee loyalty at PT. Dan Liris.The sampling technique of this research by using cluster sampling. The measuring instruments used in this study, the scale of employee loyalty and the scale of job satisfaction. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the product moment correlation technique. Based on the analysis of product moment correlation coefficient (r) of 0.583 and sig p=0.000 (p<0,01), the which means there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee loyalty. The relationship shows that the higher the job satisfaction of employees, the higher the employee loyalty to the company. The level of employee loyalty at PT. Dan Liris is high, the mean empirical to 59.89 while the average employee loyalty 52.5 hypothetical employee loyalty. The level of employee satisfaction is medium, the empirical mean for job satisfaction of employees is 45.25 while the average of the hypothetical 47.5. Effective contribution (SE) variable job satisfaction and loyalty of employees is 33.98%. It contained 66.02% of other variables that influence employee loyalty in addition to job satisfaction.
