Abstract
This study aims to describe the Performance of Village Consultative Bodies, the performance constraints of the Village Consultative Body, and solutions to overcome the Village Consultative Agency's performance in Sukolilo village, Sukolilo district, Pati regency. This study uses a qualitative approach so that data collection is carried out using observation, interview and documentary methods. The research design used is a case study. The validity of the data in this study uses thetest credibility by triangulating data collection techniques and triangulating data sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is interactive analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed: 1) effectiveness includes achieving the vision and mission, goals and values upheld in the organization, based on the first indicator of Sukolilo village Consultative Body Performance has not run optimally because of the lack of understanding of the members of the organization's vision and mission; 2) productivity includes physical and non-physical development, from the second indicator Sukolilo Village Consultative Body Performance has been running optimally; 3) the input of this research focuses on the determination of proposed activities and human resources owned, based on input indicators The Performance of the Village Consultative Body has been running optimally; 4) responsiveness includes efforts to filter aspirations and respond to community needs, in this case the Performance of the Consultative Body of Sukolilo Village is not optimal; 5) accountability includes the implementation of policies and accountability of the Village Consultative Body to the community and has been fully implemented, so that the accountability of the Village Consultative Body has run optimally. The performance of the Consultative Body in Sukolilo Village is quite good.
