Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Langen Bogan Gladag Surakarta. The hypothesis proposed that there is a positive relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The population in this study berjulah approximately 50,000 people. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling and obtained the subject of as many as 200 people. Methods of data collection using quantitative method measuring devices scale customer loyalty and customer satisfaction scale. Data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. Based on the results of the data analysis, the value of the correlation coefficient (r xy) of 0.666 and (p) of 0.000 (p <0.01). It shows that there is a significant positive relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction affects customer loyalty amounted to 44.35%, while 55.65% influenced by other variables. The level of customer loyalty is very high with the empirical mean (RE) of 32.4 and customer satisfaction levels classified in the high category with a mean empirical (RE) 47.5. The limitation in this study is the use of data collection method only with a questionnaire so that the data obtained are less deep. 4 and the level of customer satisfaction classified in the high category with a mean empirical (RE) 47.5.
