Abstract

The engine maintenance management information system is used to manage information from the machine to facilitate workers in carrying out maintenance and monitoring every machine activity used. PT. XYZ as a spinning and acrylic yarn dyeing company in machine maintenance still applies Corrective Maintenance which causes a great loss for the company, so an maintenance maintenance management information system is used using web-based Preventive Maintenance methods and telegram bots to reduce company losses when engine failure occurs. . The results of testing systems based on PHP and MYSQL that have been made can be used to determine maintenance schedules, submit maintenance proposals, damage data collection, spare parts data collection, machine data collection, worker data collection, and report preparation.
