Abstract
Central Java Province has a lot of human resources, In efforts to maximize women's labor contributions are an initiative to increase revenue per region starting from households. This research aims is to analyze the influence of industry, education, wages, and added value to the workforce of women in the Regency/City of Central Java in 2013-2017. The type of data use in this study is the combined secondary data of the cross section data and time series data from the year 2013-2017. The data use is obtained from the official website of the central Statistic Agency (BPS), SAKERNAS. The analysis method use is a regression analysis of data panels. The results showed that industrial variables, education, wages had a significant influence on women labor, whereas valueadded variables had no significant influence. The industry provides jobs against women, education is able to add to the quality of work of each individual, the increase in wages is able to give a boost to work labor to increase their productivity
