Abstract

The fast changing world is forcing companies and entrepreneurs or business people to think hard in order to continue to exist. In a society that is always developing. Humans always have an increasingly important position. Even though we are, or are heading, in a work-oriented society, those who view work as something noble. Human resources are a central factor in an organization. Whatever the shape and purpose of the organization is based on a vision for the interests of members of the organization. So humans are a strategic factor in all organizational activities. Employees are the main wealth of a company and employees are valued based on their performance, so the company needs competent employees. Employee competency is very supportive for the company. According to Morgan and Munt quoted by Sopiah explained that trust arises because of a trust in organizations that do have qualities that can bind themselves, such as actions that are consistent, competent, honest, fair, responsible, like to help and humble. Trust is an important component that helps develop a conducive work environment. The main issue is the influence of employee competence on members' trust to save and apply for funding at BMT An-Naafi’ Teras Boyolali. This research is a type of field research using quantitative descriptive methods. Quantitative descriptive method is used to find out and explain the characteristics of the variables studied in BMT An-Naafi’ members. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to BMT An-Naafi’ members and through documentation from BMT An-Naafi’. It is said to be significant if the value is smaller than 0.05 and from the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that the knowledge variable on the members trust has a significant effect as evidenced by 0.014, which means it is smaller than 0.05, the variable of skills on the trust of the members has less significant effect. with 0.210 which means greater than 0.05, and the variable attitude towards member confidence has no significant effect as evidenced by 0.519 which means greater than 0.05. And the results of the study of independent variables (member confidence) affect together the dependent variable (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) significantly seen in the ANNOVA column the value of Sig. is 0,000, which means less than 0.05, which means that the variable affects the trust of members in the An-Naafi BMT.
