Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, work discipline and compensation for teacher performance of Special Schools in Sukoharjo Regency. This research type is quantitative, with a population of all Special School teachers in Sukoharjo Regency. The sample used in this study was 80 teachers spread across in 6 Special Schools. Analysis of the data used in this study is by conducting the test instrument (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, t test, f test and determination test. Based on the results of the statistical calculation of t testin SPSS it shows thatpartially, motivation (X2), work discipline (X3) and compensation (X4) have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while the leadership style (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance .
