Abstract

Al-Qur'an is the main source in Islamic teachings. The Qur'an occupies a very important role as a basic guideline for managing all aspects of life. This research is entitled: Study the verse "Innallaha Laa Yugayyiru Maa Bi Qaumin Hatta Yugayyiru Maa Bi Anfusihim"; Q.S al-Ra'd: 11 according to the commentator. In this research, the method used is descriptive analytic method, which aims to make a description systematically, factually and accurately. Then the writer will describe the interpretation of the meaning of "Innallaha laa yughayyiru maa biqaumin hattaa yughayyiruu maa bi anfusihim" in terms of meaning, meaning, relation of verses and interpretations according to experts.The conclusions that can be drawn from this study will make the reader increase insight into the nature of the Science of Interpretation specifically about the differences of opinion interpretations different from Imam At-Thabary and Ibn Abi Hatim with the interpretation of the Qur’an bil Qur'an, As-Syanqiti, Jalaluddin As-Suyuti and Fadlullah Husain with bil Ra'yi, and Wahbah al-Zuhaily with Al interpretations -Quran bil Qur'an wa Ra'yi.
