Abstract
This study aims to determine the development, feasibility, and differences in learning outcomes between students who use the media and students who do not use media. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method by using the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques used in the form of tests and non-tests. The analysis technique which is used are feasibility, initial and final data analysis. For the development of video animation as a medium for learning computer hardware troubleshooting through the stages of analysis , design , development , implementation and evaluation. The results of the assessment of media experts are in the feasible category with an overall average of 70.85% and the assessment by the material experts is in the very feasible category with an overall average of 82.74%. Based on the test results obtained sig (2-tailed) of 0.01 and t count of 9.5, if sig <0.05 and t count> t table (9.5> 2.7) then H0 is not accepted and Ha is accepted which means there are differences in learning outcomes between classes using multimedia learning with classes that use conventional learning media. Based on the research results of the Development of Learning Media for the Human Respiratory System in Biology Learning with Scientific Approaches Class XI of Senior High School is declared appropriate to be used to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes.
