Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know: environmental influences work to pd employee performance PD BPR Bank Solo, compensation to influence work of employee performance PD BPR Bank Solo, influence motivation to work solo bank employee performance pd bprs, discipline to influence work of employee performance PD BPR Bank Solo, environmental influences, and compensation, motivation and discipline to work solo bank employee performance pd bprs in practice the research is expected benefits, can be a first: information and input for PD BPR Bank Solo to improve performance them through this study, second: capable of used as additional knowledge employees to improve its performance. Type this research is survey research using a questionnaire as instruments.It is a whole population in research PD BPR Bank Solo employees.Technique the sample total use of sampling of samples from 45 respondents.Data gathered by the 2 of the validity and reliability.Data analysis technique used is linear regression berganda linear regression berganda used to test the model is hypothesized statistically.The results of this research suggests that there is a positive influence and significant work environment against employee performance PD BPR Bank Solo, there is a positive influence and significant compensation against employee performance PD BPR Bank Solo, there is a positive influence and significant motivation for employee performance PD BPR Bank Solo, there is a positive influence and significant work discipline Done on employee performance PD BPR Bank Solo, and there is a positive influence and significant, working environment compensation, motivation and work discipline against employee performance PD BPR Bank Solo.
