Abstract

The objectives of this study are: a) To determine the occurrence of disputes in physical data on land certificates at the karanganyar land office; b) To find out the effort to resolve the land certificate physical dispute in the karanganyar land office. The research method used with the approach used in this study is an empirical juridical approach and the nature of this research is descriptive. The results of the research are: a) Disputes in Physical Data Land Certificates In the Karanganyar Land Office Perumnas considers land boundaries to be straight, but the reality on the ground is not straight and the advantages are not straight planted by Mr Paidi. Perumnas rebuked Mr Paidi for returning the original limit in accordance with the respective certificate limits; b) Dispute Settlement Physical Data Efforts At the Karanganyar Land Office with intermediation carried out by the Karanganyar Regency Land Office using a persuasive approach by prioritizing the principle of justice, however the Bpaak Paidi is not present even though 2 times have been called, the case is continued in court.
