Abstract
In this age of globalization, demand for batik is increasing. The many requests for batik make batik artisans more and more, one of which is PT. And Liris is a producer of printing batik. The biggest contribution to waste and production capacity comes from the printing batik production process. The batik printing production process can be controlled using green management. This research uses the Overall Greenness Performance (OGP) method which focuses on process improvement and reduction of electricity consumption and CO2 emissions. Based on the calculations that have been made, the OGP Energy value is 83.568% and OGP CO2 emissions are 82.876% obtained from Value Added (VA) activities. Improvements were focused on non-VA activities (Non-Value Added and Necessary Non-Value Added) with NVA and NNVA Energy values of 7.525% and 8.906% and NVA and NNVA CO2 Emissions of 7.444% and 9.68%, respectively. From the proposed improvements given a re-analysis was carried out so that the OGP Energy and OGP CO2 Emission values were increased by 2.496% and 2.239% respectively.
