Abstract

The study examines: (a) the relation of interpersonal communication and job satisfaction young entrepreneurs at Junior Chamber International (JCI),b) effective support interpersonal communication with job satisfaction,(c) the young entrepreneurs interpersonal communication condition at JCI,d) the young entrepreneurs job satisfaction condition at JCI. Subjects in this study were JCI’s members. They are 118 subjects with simple random sampling. They are two measuring instuments, interpersonal communication scale and job satisfaction scale. The analysis used product moment. Based on the analysis of this research, results show: (a) There’s a significant positive relation between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction, (b) effective support interpersonal communication to job satisfaction 87,3%, (c) The interpersonal communication condition is medium (28,81%), (d) The job satisfaction condition is low (32,20%).
