Abstract

One of the main sectors of the economy of Indonesia is Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), but the main issue in the movement of SMES is capital. This research aims to test the influence of third-party funds (DPK), inflation, and the level of the margin against the financing of Small and Medium Enterprises on Public Sharia Banks in Indonesia year of 2016-2018. The data used is the time series data, published by the Financial Services Otoritas (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). Methods of analysis used in this study is a multiple regression model with analysts fault or Error Correction Model (ECM). Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the influential of third-party funds variable significantly affect the financing of SMES in the long term and short term, variable level of the margin significally affect the SMEs in the short term. While the Inflation do not affect significantly to SME financing.
