Abstract
Human resources have an important role that cannot be separated from an organization within a service. Where work stress, work motivation and leadership in employees must always be considered to assess the job satisfaction of an employee so that employees can work optimally in the relevant agency. The purpose of this study is to test: 1. To determine work stress has an effect on employee job satisfaction in Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Perindustrian Kota Surakarta, 2. To determine work motivation has an effect on employee job satisfaction at Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Perinustrian Kota Surakarta. 3. To find out the leadership influences employee job satisfaction at Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Perindustrian Kota Surakarta. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. This study took the number of respondents as many as 45 people. Data testing techniques using instrument testing, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS program.Based on the results of the instrument test analysis, the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing in this study, the results obtained include: 1. Job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction. 2. Work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. 3.
