Abstract
This study aims to: 1) describe the implementation of the socialization model to improve understanding of the values of Indonesian unity; 2) knowing how much improvement was made in understanding the values of Indonesian unity through video playback of songs by applying the modified strategy Everyone is a Teacher Here and Answer Gallery. This study used the Pre-experimental type method with the design of the One Group Pretest Posttest. This research was conducted in the South Sweet Karang Hamlet in Mrisen Village, Juwiring District, Klaten Regency, with a population of 40 and 20 samples. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used the questionnaire method, and observation. Indicators of the value of Indonesian unity in this study are: 1) placing the unity, unity, interests, safety of the nation and state above personal or group interests; 2) willing to sacrifice for the benefit of the nation and state; 3) love for the homeland and nation; 4) proud of being a nation and a land of Indonesia, 5) advancing association for the unity and unity of a nation that has Bhineka Tungga lka. The validity of this research is content validity by using the Pearson Product Correlation Formula formula. Reliability uses the formula Kuder Richardson (KR.20). Normality of the data in this study used the Shapiro Wilk test. Data analysis in this study used paired sample t-test. The results showed that t arithmetic 19,661 was greater than t table 2,086 with a significance level of 0.05 and obtained the value of the Pretest average of 27.95 to 37.15 in the Posttest. Based on the results of the Pretest and Posttest data, it was then compared to obtain a difference of 9.20. This means that there is a difference in understanding of youth in the Karang Karang Selatan Hamlet, Mrisen Village, Juwiring Subdistrict, Klaten Regency between (Pretest) and after (Posttset). Based on these results it can be concluded that the proposed hypothesis is rejected and accepted, meaning that there is an increase in understanding of the Karang Karang Selatan Hamlet in Mrisen Village, Juwiring Subdistrict, Klaten Regency after a unified value socialization model was conducted through video playback of songs with modifications to the Everyone is Teacher Here and Answer Gallery strategies.
