Abstract

The rent car agreement was a written agreement in which the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties resulted in the lease agreement. In accordance with article 1570 of the penal code, This written covenant was also a stronger instrument of evidence than the oral covenant. The rent was in accordance with article 1570 of Burgerlijk wet book; "if the lease was written, then the lease was over for the law, when the due time was past, without any need of something stopping it." This means that the lease agreement for the car was a written agreement. The content of the agreement has been made and corrected by the tenant and the tenant learns the terms of the agreement when agreeing to the tenant's signing with the tenant. The legal effect for a tenant who has done an achievement is imposed by the following penalty: a) for the loss suffered by a rental company or is briefly named compensation. Such losses would be the loss of profits which the rental company had imagined and counted. This provision of compensation is set forth in chapter 1243 Burgerlijk wet book of the civil until 1252 Burgerlijk wet book; b) an annulment of a treaty or is also called a breakaway treaty.
