Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer loyalty at Assalam Hypermart Surakarta.This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique with the criteria of consumers who shop at Assalam Hypermart Surakarta with a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses primary data sources and collects data through questionnaires. Data analysis method in this study uses validity test, reability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the variables of Service Quality, Price, Product Quality, and Location can explain Customer Loyalty of 83.4% and the remaining 16.64% is explained by other variables. Based on the results of the study show that partially that the variables of Service Quality, Price, Product Quality, and Location have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty.
