Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of tangible variables on customer satisfaction in mohampo fruit ice mblenger shop. To analyze the effect of performance variables on customer satisfaction in the fruit mblenger Sukoharjo. To analyze the influence of variable conformance to customer satisfaction in the fruit mblenger Sukoharjo. To analyze the effect of variable empathy on customer satisfaction in mohampo fruit ice mblenger shop. To analyze the effect of variable assurence on customer satisfaction in mohampo ice fruit mblenger shop. To analyze the influence of responsive variable to customer satisfaction at mohampjo fruit ice mblenger shop. To analyze the influence of variable tangible, performance, conformance, empathy, assurence, responsive. The population used in this study is all consumers or customers of Kedai Es Buah Mblenger Sukoharjo and the number of samples taken is 100 samples while sampling technique that can be used in sampling that is purposive sampling. The results of this study proves that product quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at mblenger fruit ice shop in Sukoharjo. Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at mblenger fruit ice shop in Sukoharjo. The result of F test is known that Fcount> Ftable (53,072> 4,00), then Ho is rejected, Means jointly variable of product quality (X1) and Quality of Service (X2) to consumer satisfaction (Y), so model used exactly (fit)
