Abstract

Tobacco is one of the most valuable export agricultural commodities. From the demand side, exports are influenced by export prices, real exchange rates, world income and devaluation policies. While from the supply side, exports are influenced by export prices, domestic prices, real exchange rates, production capacity. The development of tobacco exports from year to year is experiencing flutuatif, but an increase in exports. The fluctuating volume of Indonesian exports can be caused by several factors, namely tobacco production, world tobacco prices and tobacco imports. The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis factors that affect Indonesian tobacco exports by using the OLS (Ordinary Leas Square) analysis method where the test uses time series data.
