The results showed (R2) of R2 = 0.245591 means that 24.55% variation in the variable Unemployment Rate (Tp) can be explained by the Minimum Wage (UM) variable, Education variable (EDU), PE variable (Economic Growth), Labor Force variable (AK). The remaining 0.75% is influenced by variables or other factors not included in the model.
