Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the level of customer income in financing KSPPS Melati Harapan and Amanah Ummah BMT. The data used in this study is primary data, namely data derived from the results of the questionnaire. to be analyzed using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The variables used in this study are Income (TPBP and TPSP) as the dependent variable and the independent variables are Age (AGE), Training (TR), Number of Labor (JTK), Education (EDU) and Loan Amount (PEMB). The results showed that the validity of the effect test (t test) on Pre-Financing Income (TPBP) showed that the Age (AGE) and Amount of Labor (JTK) had a significant effect. But the variables of Training (TR), Education (EDU) and Financing (PEMB) have no significant effect. Against Financing Income (TPSP) Age (AGE) and Loan Amount (PEMB) and Loan Amount (PEMB * D1) variables have a significant effect. but the variable Number of Labor (JTK), Training (TR) and Education (EDU) did not have a significant effect.
