Abstract
Problems that often occur in an organization are the low performance of employees or the Human Resources (HR) they have. HR is a very important part of an organization, because it affects to organization's ability in market competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and compensation on employee performance. The types of data in this study is primary data that has been distributed to employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo by taking a sample of 50 respondents determined using the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and F test. The analysis results shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation does not significantly influence employee performance.
