Abstract

Sawit Subdistrict Boyolali district is one of Subdistrict being in Boyolali district having a leader who dedicated high in its performance. Intelligence and tenacity owned by father head of became the reason for made he as head of the heads of subdistrict in Sawit subdistrict office. After made Dwi Sudanto be head of in the 2 Sawit, Sawit be more productive both in terms of social and economic. Before relic of that Dwi Sudanto as the head of the heads of sub districts in Sawit of production, there are still many fields and empty land the fields are not used park as agricultural land as well as other planting. A substantial number of Sawit whose unemployment still because of a lack of should be kept to produktive in the use of seizure of farmland that could help the economy of a family. After relic of that Dwi Sudanto as head of sub district Sawit production, state of the economy the inhabitants of Sawit production is getting better, the inhabitants of more productive in improve people the economy of a family. The purpose of this research to described the role of leaders in creating the communication organization in the district office Sawit Boyolali District. In this research, researchers used a method of descriptive qualitative with the object research is Sawit Subdistrict Boyolali District. Researchers take informants of an employee and the that deals with the payment of tax motor vehicle. Data collection used in this research using interviews in-depth semi-structured to get the information complete accordance required by researchers. The result of this research paper work showing that communication of the organizations that are in Sawit Subdistrict Boyolali District run well. Between leaders of and subordinate to be able to do we want’s to be carried out efficiently. Civil servants that they employ can perform the task to be carried out efficiently in accordance with instruction from off leaders. In the efforts to bring communication climate can be traced back any organization in the office of Sawit Subdistrict Boyolali District this by the use of as many dimensions of communication climate can be traced back organization pt pgn promised to supply as many dimensions of supportivenes, as many dimensions of the participation of, as many dimensions of the communitys trust and as many dimensions of learn to build mutual trust. All dimensions of that is used in the efforts to bring organization communication leader to civil servants that they employ run the right and civil servants that they employ having motivation of the creation was high performance on those among their fathers their head of sub district.
