Abstract
Background: Cervical Root Syndrome is a state of emphasis on nerve roots in the neck region resulting in pain radiating from the neck area to the fingers according to the affected nerve. Objectives: to determine the benefits of Short Wave Diathermy (SWD), Cervical Tractionin Cervical Root Syndrome. Results: after 6 th therapy, there was a decrease of pain in motion T0: 4 to T6: 1, an increase in cervical spine motion (LGS) in flexion motion T0: 3 cm to T6: 2 cm, Extension T0: 18 cm into T6: 22 cm, rotation Dextra T0: 12 cm to T6: 10 cm, Sinistra Rotation T0: 13 cm to T6: 11 cm. Conclusion: Modality of Short Wave Diathermy, Cervical Tractioncan reduce pain, Range Of Motion (ROM), and increase functional activity in the neck.
