Abstract
This research was conducted to analyse the influence of Return On Asset (ROA), Non Performing Financing (NPF), operational cost to operating income (BOPO), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and inflation on the Murabahah financing in commercial banks. Sharia (BUS) in Indonesia. The Data used in this research is the BUS that has been recorded on the Financial Services Authority and the financial statements published on the respective BUS's website from 2014 to October 2018. The data analysis method to be used is the Data regression test panel with Common-Constant methods, Fixed Effect methods, Random effects and others. Where Murabahah financing as a dependent variable while Return On Asset (ROA), Non Performing Financing (NPF), operational revenue to operating income (BOPO), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and inflation as independent variables Affect. From the result of the data panel regression and testing model, selected the best model of the Random Effect model. The results of this study show that: 1) the Return On Asset variable has a significant influence on the Murabahah financing. 2) Non-Performing Financing variables have no significant effect on the Murabahah financing. 3) The operational cost variables of the operating income have no significant effect on the Murabahah financing. 4) The Financing to Deposit Ratio variable has a significant effect on the Murabahah financing. 5) The inflation variable has a significant influence on the Murabahah financing. The existence of a model or F test indicates that independent variables simultaneously or jointly affect the Murabahah financing. A R2 value of 0.508889 means 50.88% of the Murabahah financing variable variation can be explained by independent variables, while the remainder of 49.12% is described by other variables that are not included in the model.
