Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance on Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) in Wonogiri City. The sample in this study amounted to 75 employees of PDAM Giri Tirta Sari in Wonogiri City with using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling and determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. 2) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on performance. 3) Compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on performance.
